Barnet Multi Faith Forum Condemns Violence and Hate

Posted on August 6, 2024August 13, 2024 by admin
Barnet Multi Faith Forum Condemns Violence and Hate 6th August 2024 The Barnet Multi Faith Forum extends its deepest condolences to the families and communities affected by the horrific attack in Southport. We stand in solidarity with those who have lost loved ones and those injured in this senseless act of violence. We strongly condemn the subsequent riots and acts of violence targeting places of worship and members of the Muslim community. Such actions are abhorrent and have no place in our society. These attempts to divide and incite hatred will not be tolerated. We commend the courage and dedication of the emergency services in responding to these challenging events. We also applaud the efforts of political and faith leaders who are working to unite our communities. It is essential that we come together to reject violence and promote understanding. The Barnet Multi Faith Forum remains committed to fostering peace, harmony, and respect among people of all faiths and backgrounds. Our strength lies in our diversity. We call upon our community to stand united against hate and to work towards a more inclusive and cohesive society. Let us stand together in solidarity and hope.
