The fourth annual Faith and Peace Walk is a successful collaboration between Middlesex University Inter Faith Network, Barnet Multi Faith Forum and the London Festival of Architecture and aims to bring together diverse communities to learn from each other and about a specific area of Barnet.
This year, the walk route will take place in New and East Barnet, a place of rich architectural history and heritage, featured in the London Festival of Architecture. You are invited to explore some of these amazing spaces and places of worship starting at Christ Church Cockfosters which is a few minutes walk from Cockfosters Underground Station.
The walk aims to mark National Clean Air Day and highlight the many local initiatives to improve sustainability.
There will be regular breaks and you can join at any point along the walk. Meet local residents and organisations working together to combat climate change, at the finale event at
Brookside Methodist Church from 7pm, featuring talks, stands, displays
and light refreshments.

Today is looking like it will be extremely hot. If you are participating in the walk please take precautions... bring water to drink, wear a hat and dress appropriately for the weather.
