Age UK Barnet is inviting Barnet residents to join them for a celebration of ageing well, including live music and dance performances, health checks, talks and advice sessions.
· Dance and singing performances all day
· Psychology talks: Professor Catherine Loveday on memory and connection plus how to protect our memories and pass on the moments that matter most. Dr Andrea Oskis on the psychology of food.
· Other talks include taking control of your finances - from making a will and lasting power of attorney to inheritance tax and probate - plus how to protect yourself from scams.
· Disco room
· Tai chi and seated yoga tasters
· Health checks
· 5 years of Pigeon Post - anniversary exhibition
· FREE refreshments and a FREE light lunch.
