Barnet Multi Faith Forum (BMFF) is a registered charity that works to promote respect, tolerance, and collaboration between different faith communities within the London Borough of Barnet. We are currently seeking three motivated individuals to join our Board of Trustees and help us further our mission.

Who Can Apply?

  • You are over 18 years old (changed from 16 for legal reasons).
  • You share the BMFF's commitment to fostering interfaith dialogue and understanding.
  • You are either actively involved in a faith community or represent a faith institution within Barnet.
  • You live, study, or work in Barnet (employed by a professional, educational, or business organization).

What Does a BMFF Trustee Do?

  • Attend up to four Board meetings per year, and make a reasonable effort to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and any Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
  • Contribute to the good governance of the BMFF charity by ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the BMFF Executive Committee.
  • Participate in reviewing and developing the BMFF's strategic plans.
  • Receive regular reports and minutes from the Executive Committee.
